Genworth Canada Celebrates 20 Years

It’s been a privilege to hold a number of roles in my 15 years with Genworth Canada, and now, as President and CEO, it is my honour to lead this company as it continues the great work that it’s been doing since 1995.

In this 20th anniversary year we are celebrating past successes and looking ahead towards an even more robust offering of products and services for you, our valued customers. That’s two decades of unwavering commitment to helping more Canadian families achieve their homeownership dreams.

What drives us to succeed? We believe that every Canadian deserves an opportunity to responsibly achieve the dream of homeownership. To that end, we adopt a prudent yet holistic approach to underwriting that takes into account a variety of criteria to evaluate the financial strength and viability of every application.

We recognize that there are many potential challenges facing homebuyers and we pride ourselves in being able to find solutions to help our lender customers help their clients overcome those challenges where possible.

In that spirit, it is with tremendous pride that I introduce this newsletter, tailored specifically for you, the mortgage industry professional. It may be a good year to take stock of our past accomplishments, but this newsletter is squarely focused on the future: sharing insights, information and tools that will give you and your clients a real edge.

We trust you’ll find this newsletter to be a valuable resource as you continue to build your own successful business. We look forward to many more decades of working with you at the very heart of homeownership in Canada.

Thank you,

Stuart Levings,

President and CEO of Genworth Canada
